Personal Training & Sports Training

Our one-on-one performance training programs provide the ultimate in specialization, whether you are rehabilitating a shoulder/back/knee injury, recovering from surgery, or trying to get back to the activity to enjoy. Our performance fitness coaches are NOT personal trainers. Personal trainers often have no college preparation, no accredited certifications, and no real focus or specialties. Personal trainers are notorious for running clients through machine lines or perform so-called "functional" circus act with no real goals, plans, purposes, or strategies.

A G-Form Fitness performance fitness coach has continuing education with multiple national accredited certifications and extended certifications within their specialty. They also have the ability to continually assess a client's optimal performance level and design a plan accordingly. GFF coaches are always equipped to make changes on the spot during each set because progress at GFF is rep by rep. Our one-on-one program does not end when you leave the facility. Our performance coaches are ALWAYS SUPPORTING you with nutritional and travel fitness programs to help you reach your goals.

Post - Rehab Training

Post rehabilitation services are the development and implementation of fitness and conditioning services for clients who need continued conditioning following surgery and other special needs. Our rehabilitation services do not replace the medical advice of your physician, physical therapist, etc. The post rehab program may provide the following services:

     1. Functional Assessments
     2. Strength Training

     3. Flexibility Training

     4. Cardiovascular Training

     5. Functional Conditioning

     6. Weight Reduction

     7. Core Stabilization Training

The typical post-rehab client has residual deficits in joint stability, flexibility, coordination, endurance, proprioception, muscle fiber recruitment, and strength. This person should be medically stable and cleared by their physician to begin an exercise program.

Clients Referred to the Post Rehab Program

The typical post-rehab client has residual deficits in joint stability, flexibility, coordination, endurance, proprioception, muscle fiber recruitment, and strength. This person should be medically stable and cleared by their physician to begin an exercise program. Additionally, for those clients who have received the maximum benefits from physical therapy and or chiropractic care, G-Form Fitness can develop "a structured supervised conditioning program," to further rehabilitate the injury. The condition may be chronic greater than 30 days or secondary to major trauma related to ligament rupture, disk herniation, fracture, or surgery. It is not necessary for these clients to obtain a referral from their physician or physical therapist

Yoga & Pilates

At G-Form Fitness, we have a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes that clients and the community can participate in. These classes are more fitness-based to increase strength, tone your body, and improve your cardiovascular health and flexibility. We do offer classes that are more meditative in nature. But no matter what class you decide to take, our instructors are ready to adapt the class, exercises, and poses to support your journey and experience at G-Form Fitness. Call us to see what classes we are offering as COVID has changed our offerings slightly.
